Credentials and Awards ILYA BABINER, DDS After 19 years of dental practice experience as a prosthodontist in Europe, Dr. Babiner reconfirmed his Degree of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the New York University School of Dentistry. Dr. Babiner is a recipient of several awards including the Bernard Rudner Award for excellence in administering dental care.
