PhilaDentist provides an alternative insurance plan. When agreeing to participate in this plan, the patient is required to pay $100 per year fee for basic services, which includes: 2 cleanings, 2 check-ups, and required x-rays. All other services are provided at a significantly reduced fee schedule listed below. Scaling / Root planing	$100 per quadrant
Root canals (includes post-in-core)	$375 - 500
